1. Guided somatic meditations: Arriving in the body

This supports the nervous system to settle and open the internal space for curiosity and insights. This deep listening invites us to deepen beyond our ordinary ways and habits of thinking.

2. Relational exploration: Remembering together

Through guided prompts in pairs or triads, relational witnessing and transparent communication brings nuance, connection and shared meaning to our embodied wisdom. The group field often reveals what we cannot access alone.

3. Harvesting wisdom: Practice Interconnection in Circle

Take part of a grounded space of collective presence where what has moved can land, be explored and gently integrated.

A nature-rooted approach

Relating with embodied wisdom is the practice of listening to your Self, others, and life through the quiet intelligence that lives beneath thought.  We practice how to: - stay qurious and alive in our bodies - develop a deep, inner listening - relate from a more aligned and settled presence For those longing for a more embodied, soulfilled way of living, this space is for you: - Reconnect with your body in a gentle, intuitive way, - Explore connection without fixing, forcing or managing, - Feel more grounded, present and at home as your Self, - Be witnessed in a safe and supportive relational field, - Deepen your emotional and somatic awareness, - Experience transformation that arises organically. No previous meditation or somatic experience is required - just openness, curiosity, and a willingness to listen inward. Our guiding principles for this experimental container: 1. We listen beneath the surface: Embodied wisdom isn't *found* in analysis or thought processes alone, but emerges through sensation and subtle cues from aligned presence with your body-mind experience. We practice noticing what's here without forcing insight. 2. We slow down to stay connected: Embodied wisdom allows you to stay more and more rooted in the now, - where all genuine connection unfolds. By being more available to silence, we give space for pauses, breath and the natural quriousity of listening. 3. We relate from presence, not strategy: We meet our self and each other from as much presence as is available, trusting the experience that is unfolding. 4. We honor boundaries and choice: Your pacing, your capacity and your *yes* and *no* are always welcome. You choose how much to share, how deeply to participate and what feel right for you in any moment. 5. We withness without fixing: We don't analyse, advise or try to change each other. Being seen, felt and validated is enough. 6. We let transformation unfold naturally: We are cooperating with something wiser than willpower. Nothing here is forced. Shifts happen when the body feels safe, regulated and respected.

Meet Your Instructors

Marian Julianne Flage is the founder of bodyCRAFT, which she crafted by two years living in the forest without electricity or running water, together with eleven Alaskan huskies. In that slow, elemental rhythm, she learned to navigate from instinct, to think with the land, and to listen to the body with a different kind of awareness. That lived experience — not as theory, but as embodied understanding — forms the foundation of everything she does. Professionally, she come from many years in the healthcare field as a therapist, leader, supervisor, and educator. Her approach integrates trauma‑informed, psychosomatic, and body‑based perspectives, always returning to one central question: How do we live more whole, more relationally present, and more rooted in our essence in a world that moves faster than our bodies naturally do? Julia Thompson runs a footcare-company, and brings a grounded, compassionate presence into this practice group. With a calm, demeanor and a naturally attentive way of meeting others, she creates an environment where people feel safe, seen and invited into deeper connection with their inner experiences. Her approach blends sensitivity with an embodied understanding of how wisdom moves between multiple layers of knowing. She supports participants in reconnecting with their natural capacity for presence and relational awareness. Her style is warm, steady and quietly transformative.
