2. Remembering together: Relational explorationg

Through guided prompts in pairs or triads, relational witnessing and transparent communication brings nuance, connection and shared meaning to our embodied wisdom. The group field often reveals what we cannot access alone.

3. Practice Interconnection in Circle

Take part of a grounded space of collective presence where what has moved can land, be explored and gently integrated.

A nature-rooted approach

Relating with embodied wisdom is the practice of listening to your Self, others, and life from the quiet intelligence that lives beneath thought.  We learn to  - relate with our essence from more aligned presence - embody qurious aliveness  - establish a deep inner listening. For those longing for a more embodied, soulfilled way of living, this space is for you: - Reconnect with your body in a gentle, intuitive way, - Explore healing connection without fixing, forcing or perform, - Feel more grounded, present and at home as your Self, - Be witnessed in a safe relational field, - Develop deeper emotional and somatic awareness, - Experience transformation that arises organically. No previous meditation or somatic experience is required - just openness, curiosity, and a willingness to listen inward. Our guiding principles for this experimental container: 1. The body as a vessel of knowing Embodied wisdom is the body's capacity to recognize resonance, truth, misalignment and timing - often faster and more honestly than the mind. 2. Presence as the ground of relationship Being more available to silence, subtle shifts and what is emerging rather than what is expected. Embodied wisdom allows you to stay more and more rooted in the now, where all genuine connection unfolds. 3. Listening beneath words You sense not from strategy, but from inner attunement. 4. Letting relationship be guided, not driven Relating with embodied wisdom means trusting that connection unfolds, timing matters and that forcing closes what listening could open. You are cooperating with something wiser than will.

Hi. My name is Marian Julianne, and I'm excited to guide you on this transformative journey. As a lover of nature, meditation, our psyche and somatic practices, I understand the challenges of disconnection and the importance of reconnecting with ourselves and the world around us. I want to support you in building a strong foundation of embodied presence and foster a deeper sense of connection with your environment. I hope we get to explore this journey together!
