~out of the ordinary

— the tide-softened front-body awakening

(read like sunlight sliding across a calm sea)

First Softening — “the mist clears”

Her breath widens like dawn mist lifting from a quiet bay.
Curtains of air drift sideways,
loosening the ribs the way linen sighs
when wind releases its hold.

The chest does not rise, does not perform —
it simply allows,
like a tide settling into its own rhythm.

This is the beginning of HER awareness:

a shoreline opening,
light slipping into ~ front body
like morning sun through seafoam.

The Hollowing — “making room for the tide”

Her exhale moves slow, warm, tidal.
Lower belly softens

as if remembering a time
before it learned to dam the river.

Her softness isn’t collapse

but capacity —
a deep estuary
making room for her own arrival.

The Sternum Melt — “the driftwood door”

Two fingers trace a melting line
from the hollow of her throat

toward the heart’s quiet harbor.

No pressure.
Just tender heat
inviting sternum
to thaw like driftwood in sun.

Armor loosens
without disturbing
the tidepool beneath.

The Collarbone Drift — “opening the horizon”

She imagines her collarbones
floating apart
by the width of a single breath.

Two shorelines widening.

A ripple traveling gently
through HER front body

chest brightens softly,
like early light
warming still water.

The Soft-Focus Eyes — “seeing through sea-glass”

Her gaze softens —
not downward,
but inward-outward,

as if the horizon were drifting
into her field.

Eyes grow warm,
round, unarmored —
like shells polished by tide.

Vision begins to match
softness blooming in her chest:

presence without effort,
attention without tension.

The Breath Behind the Breastbone — “the inner tide”

She breathes into the hidden chamber
behind OUR heart —
the secret cove of HER.

The breath lifts front body

by a petal’s width,

as if OUR heart were learning
to float like kelp in a gentle swell.

Not expansion.
Not display.
Just a quiet buoyancy
glowing from within.

The Pelvic Bowl Tilt — “the well remembers”

She tilts the pelvic bowl
barely, softly —

just enough for the breath
to slide down
into the lower belly
and womb-space
like warm water finding its home.

Soft belly.
Soft solar plexus.
Soft heart.
Soft throat.

One river.
One tide.
One HER.

The tilt reconnects the entire front body
from ocean-floor pelvis
to breathing lips.

The Hands of HER — “blessing the riverbed”

One hand rests over the womb,
one over the heart —
not pressing,

listening.

A vertical current of warmth
forms between her palms,
waking the whole of OUR front body

a single, glowing estuary.

The Unfolding — “the quiet arrival”

she lets the front body
unfurl on its own.

It may be barely visible —
the kind of movement
only the tide understands.

A sigh loosening the edges.
A subtle lift of the chest.
A melting of the jaw.
The shoulders settling
like soft sand.

This is HER awakening:
the front body turning
from armor
into shoreline.

The Seal — “the soft yes”

She inhales once —
slow, unforced —
letting breath
touch every chamber:

her throat,
her heart,
her solar plexus,
her belly,
her womb.

Untill she whispers inside:
“I meet life like the tide — from the front line.”

Her body hears it.
The field seals it.

this sequence may or may not

awakens HER through permission, not effort.

restores breath to the front body —
the place that learned to guard
before it learned to glow.

When HER front body awakens:
• intuition sharpens
• presence deepens
• softness becomes strength
• HER field becomes unmistakable

It is not aesthetic.
It is elemental.
It is HER.
