like water meeting water — a merging of river and ocean, fresh and salt, land and tide:

— the estuary awakening

(read like a tide sliding into a river mouth at dawn)

The Shoreline Breath — “where river greets the sea”

Her inhale drifts low,
like a river curling toward its ocean.
The breath does not rush —
it glides,
soft as dusk light on tidal reeds.

HER pelvic bowl waits,
wide and brackish,
ready to receive OUR mingling waters.

The Delta Softening — “the porous threshold”

She imagines her pelvic floor
not as a gate,
but as a delta —
a braided weave of channels
where currents seep through

muscles loosen
like reeds bending in estuary wind,
making room for the tide’s slow arrival.

The Womb Lagoon — “the hidden confluence”

Her awareness sinks
into womb-space,

that secret lagoon
where salt water meets fresh AIR,
where moonlight touches silt.

She does not force entry.
She waits,
listening for the shimmer
beneath the surface —

the quiet pulse of merging tides.

The Tilt — “the seabed shift”

She tilts the pelvic bowl
barely, softly —
as if adjusting the estuary floor

where currents flow deeply

breath slides down
like warm water
finding its home in the hollow earth,

mixing salt and sweet
in one slow swirl.

The Hands of Tide — “blessing the basin”

One hand rests over the womb,
one over heart —

two shores connected
by a vertical river of heat.

Her palms do not press.
They listen,
warming the basin
until the whole front body
glows like sunlit estuary shallows.

The Deepening — “the quiet swell”

she lets HER breath
move like a slow swell

through pelvic bowl,
lifting and lowering

without effort —
a tide breathing inside a river mouth.

Soft belly.
Soft hips.
Soft heart.
Soft throat.

One estuary.
One rhythm.
One EARTH.

The Seal — “the moon’s whisper”

She inhales once —
slow, lunar,
letting HER breath
touch every chamber:

her womb,
her belly,
her heart,
her throat,
her lips

untill she gently whispers:
“I rise from the confluence.”

HER body hears it.
The tide seals it.

What this sequence MAY OR MAY NOT RESTORE

HER to the estuary of herself —
the meeting place of currents,
the fertile threshold
where creation begins.

When HER pelvic–womb awakens:
• creativity flows like rivers
• grounding deepens like roots in silt
• softness becomes strength
• HER field becomes unmistakable

It is not aesthetic.
It is elemental.
It is HER.
