I. The Descent (Shadow: Failure)

The survival instinct. The contraction.

Guide:

"Begin by finding a space where you can close your eyes. We start by honoring the body’s ancient survival mechanism.

I invite you to make yourself small. Perhaps you curl into a child’s pose, or if you are standing, wrap your arms tightly around your chest, round your spine, and tuck your chin.

Feel the Contraction:

Notice the tension in your belly. Notice how your breath becomes shallow and high in the chest.

This is the somatic shape of Failure. Not the failure of a task, but the primal fear of failing to survive. The fear of being cast out of the tribe.

The Visualization:

Imagine you are standing on a cold stone in the dark. You are isolated. There are no resources here.

Feel the grip of scarcity. The thought says: 'If I am alone, I will not make it.'

Don’t rush to fix it. Just acknowledge how hard your body works to protect you when it feels threatened.

Squeeze your muscles tight for 5... 4... 3... holding onto yourself... 2... 1..."

II. The Shift (Gift: Preservation)

The art of staying alive. The anchor.

Guide:

"Deep exhale... and release the grip.

Slowly, begin to unfold. If you are on the floor, rise to your knees or feet.

Find a wide stance. Bend your knees slightly. Feel the floor.

Feel the Balance:

We move into Preservation. This is not about hoarding; it is about knowing what is essential.

Place your hands on your lower belly. Deepen the breath.

Imagine you are the guardian of a precious seed or a small, flickering flame during a storm. You don’t panic; you protect.

The Visualization:

You are walking through an ancient forest. You are the gardener.

Look at your life. With your hands, make a gesture of pushing away what is dead, what is rotten, what no longer serves the future.

Now, make a gesture of bringing in what is vital. What must be kept?

Feel the strength in your legs. You are 'Hel Ved'—solid wood. You can weather the storm because you know what matters."

III. The Ascent (Siddhi: Veneration)

 * The sacred web. The expansion.*

Guide:

"Let the breath expand your ribs. Let the movement grow larger.

Straighten your spine completely. Lift your chin. Open your arms wide, exposing your heart, your throat, your palms.

Feel the Expansion:

We arrive at Veneration.

The fear of being alone dissolves because you realize you were never alone.

Imagine a golden thread connecting your heart to the hearts of your ancestors behind you, and to the children of the future in front of you.

The Visualization:

You are standing on a high mountain peak. You see the entire landscape of life—the dark valleys and the sunlit hills. It is all one ecosystem.

You are not just a survivor; you are a link in an eternal chain.

Move your arms like branches in the wind—flexible, yielding, yet rooted.

Feel a sense of awe. Respect for the struggle. Respect for the triumph.

You are part of the whole."

IV. Integration (Closing)

Sealing the practice.

Guide:

"Slowly bring your hands together in front of your heart.

Press your palms firmly against each other.

Feel the heat between your hands.

From the cold stone of fear, to the steady hand of preservation, to the mountain view of reverence.

Take this stability with you.

Thank you."
