Noticing
what is already here
We can start to notice how easily the habitual mind moves us away from what is already here.

What is present can start to feel distant.Belonging can feel like something we have to find, do or create.
Through Meditation something simple happens. A sudden knowing of
Here we are .
This is it .

Coming back to the body — a body that has never left — matters.
What we often wonder about, how to arrive,
is already here in the way we belong to the ground beneath us.
When there is nothing left to do, something simple becomes clear:
the body is already here,
alive in each moment.
In bodyCraft, care for awareness is this gentle recognition:
being here,
allowing the body to settle,
letting energy land.
Nothing more is needed.

From here, things begin to show themselves on their own,
moment by moment,
as we allow presence to be here
and trust the experience of being human.
Something larger than effort may appear — not as something new,
but as what has always been here:
our attunement with what is.
This is what we allow In our meditation.
This is how we belong.
Together.
