Her time is always Now,

Her offering ever Fresh,

Enraptured by the Sacred dance of Life,

She is nourished by Wholeness of Being.

Just a Story:

The Pillar and the Whisper

Once upon a time, in a world that spun faster every day, there was a traveler who carried too many maps. Each map promised a way to peace, but the roads tangled and the signs contradicted each other. The traveler grew tired of searching.

One morning, standing at the edge of a quiet forest, the traveler heard a whisper—not from the trees, but from within:
"Drop down. Find your axis."

Curious, the traveler closed the maps and felt the weight of their own feet on the earth. The whisper continued:
"You are not lost. You are the pillar. You are the light."

As breath flowed like golden threads through the spine, the traveler imagined a column rising—strong, steady, glowing. The world still spun, but the traveler no longer toppled. From this center, rainbow rays stretched outward, touching trees, rivers, and unseen tribes. The traveler smiled:
"Within and Without are One."

And so, the traveler discovered BodyEssence—not in a distant land, but in the stillness carried everywhere. A practice so simple it fit in a pocket, yet so profound it held the sky.
