This may or not be a Teaching of the Vertical Axis
I didn't Understand what the Fire did
with me. Out there in the Woods, out there in the Forrest, my Fire was everything. The Fire were all I had.
It kept me warm (safe)
It granted me coocked food
It was our bonding place within the dark evenings

I sat there for hours.
contemplated.
Embodied a sense of new vocabulary
~ where Imagination was a friend and companion
~ where I could float with Mystery of Life.
To give the Fire as much gratitude as possible ~ even with Words being poor ~
here is an attempt to put the experience into matter - even if it feels Loosely Wild;
Most of life is spent on the Wheel of Time. In physical terms, this is Centrifugal Force.
~ It is the momentum that throws you outward.
~ It is the sensation of "chasing"—chasing balance, chasing stability, chasing the next movement.
~ When you are on the wheel, you are heavy because you are constantly bracing against the speed of the turn. You are fighting gravity.

The Center of the Kiva is the mastery of Centripetal Force.
••• It is the energy that pulls inward and drops down.
••• It does not chase; it attracts.
••• It is the "Confession of Lightness" realized: you stop bracing against the spin and simply drop into the axis.
The Lesson: "You cannot fix the wobble from the rim."

If a wheel is shaking, you cannot stabilize it by holding onto the outer edge. You must go to the hub.
1. The Descent (The Kiva)
To enter the kiva, you must go down. In somatic terms, this is the refusal to hold yourself up by your shoulders, your neck, or your anxiety. You descend into the pelvic bowl.

The Teaching: Stability comes not from adding armor, but from lowering your center of gravity. The Kiva is the hips. It is the earth. It is HEL VED—the solid wood that holds the structure.
2. The Ignition (The Fire)
Once you are in the Kiva (grounded), you light the fire. The fire is Breath and Spine.

°•○● Fire always moves upward, but it has no weight. This is your "Lightness."
The Teaching: Once you are stable (rooted in the Kiva), your spirit/spine (the Fire) is free to dance. It is hot, vital, and moving, but it is not going anywhere. It burns in place.
The Transmutation: A Somatic Script
that could sound something like this:
"Stop trying to organize the chaos on the outside. You are running on the rim of the wheel, and it is exhausting.
Step down.
Imagine the structure of your hips is a sunken room, dug deep into the earth. Cool, silent, ancient. Drop your weight into that room. Let the walls of the earth hold you so your muscles don't have to.
Now, find the center of that room. Do not move across the floor; settle into the floor.
••• Right there, at the base of the spine, ignite the breath. Feel the heat rise up through the center of the column.
••• Notice: The room (your body) is absolutely still. The fire (your life) is wildly alive.
••• You are stable because you have stopped running. You are light because you are burning."

OUR Paradox
The "transformational" aspect of this teaching is the paradox: To find the fire that changes everything, you must go to the place where nothing moves.
This
is
the ultimate expression
of (y)our law:
°•○● The Kiva = Stability (The container, the Earth, the Body).
°•○● The Fire = Lightness (The energy, the Spirit, the Breath).
You leave the Wheel of Time not by stopping the world, but by taking your seat at the center of it.

Does it resonate?
