My truth
Embodied
My truth is that everything real begins in the body — in the instant something touches me before I can think, explain, or protect.
It is the pulse beneath meaning, the resonance that rearranges my breath, the place where my knowing does not ask permission from my mind.
My truth is that transformation does not happen in concepts, but in contact.
In the trembling openness of a nervous system that dares to stay,
in the relational field that forms between us, in the unfiltered moment where something in me says yes or no without hesitation.
My truth is that healing is not taught — but remembered.
It is a returning to regulation, to presence, to the natural intelligence of our body that has always known how to reorganize itself when touched with enough safety, resonance, and attention.
My truth is that my work arises from this place.
From the deep recognition that burnout, trauma, and exhaustion are not failures of character, but failures of capacity — and that capacity can be restored through embodied learning, relational attunement, and the invisible coherence of the field we become together.
My truth is that the field teaches us.
It reveals what words cannot, it adjusts us, it heals us, it transforms us in ways cognition has no language for yet. My everyday~life~research is simply my devotion to understanding what my body already knows: that life changes us through resonance, not through explanation.

To live truthfully
Is a dedicated state of being.
With this year soon coming to an end, and a new year emerges
I walk, I write, I listen
And hopefully,
Something NEW is revealed on the way.
As I do, my grandmother's mantra "Lord, have mercy" comes online.
That may or may not be because of my frustration with things moving slowly and me getting ready to serve
~ alignment
I experience this period as a bit frustrating.
Tuning in with it,
Embodied pleasure arises.
