A LIFE SHAPED BY NATURE:
One of my most transformative experiences was spending two years living in the forest without electricity or running water, together with 11 Alaskan huskies. Immersed in nature’s rhythm, I discovered a deeper connection between body, mind, and emotions—an insight that has become the heart of bodyCRAFT.
ROOTED IN EXPERIENCE AND CURIOSITY:
For many years, I have worked with teaching, supervision, and development in the health and social fields. My path into psychosomatic work is both professional and personal, driven by a curiosity about how we can live more whole, grounded, and present within ourselves.
WHAT I OFFER THROUGH BODYCRAFT:
bodyCRAFT is an invitation to slow down and explore.
Here, healing is not about pushing harder—but about cultivating presence.
It is a space to reconnect with your own rhythms, rediscover balance, and strengthen the relationship between your inner and outer world.
