Somatic Attunement to the Many Bodies

A bodyCraft reflection

For me, bodyCraft is not a product.
It is a way of meeting our body and the world as it is. It is becoming intimite with Life ~ over and over again. Just like a Marriage.

Here,

we are not experienced as one single thing.
We arrive as layers of presence —
felt, sensed, moving, resting.

our body is not only physical.

It is memory, rhythm, energy, orientation, and relationship.

Some aspects are easy to name.

Others are known only through sensation.

Long before the body was explained, it was lived as many —
not divided, but differentiated.

Different ways life expresses itself through us.

In this understanding, the physical body is only one of several ways of being here.

There is vitality moving beneath the surface.

A sense of identity and presence that meets the world.

A felt and expressive self that moves between inner and outer experience.

There are aspects of clarity and light, aspects that travel between states,

and aspects that remain quiet until they are met with care.

At the center of this multiplicity is the heart

— not as an idea, but as a field of integration.

A place where the many layers of being can be sensed together,
without hierarchy, without urgency.

Somatic attunement is not about understanding these bodies.

It is about listening.
Allowing awareness to move through lived experience as it unfolds.

The Khat is the physical body — weight, breath, structure, contact.

The Sekhem is vitality — energy felt as movement, warmth, or stillness.

The Ka is presence — how we arrive, how we take up space.

The Ba is expression — the sensing self that moves between worlds.

The Ab is the heart — where experience gathers and softens.

The Akh / Khu is luminosity — clarity, connection, quiet knowing.

The Sahu is transition — the body that moves between moments and phases.

The shadow body holds what has not yet been included —
not as something wrong, but as something waiting for belonging.

These are not parts to be organised or improved.

They are ways life already knows how to move through us.

To attune to them somatically is to slow down enough to notice how they coexist

— how they inform one another,
how they rest together,
how they ask, at times, simply to be acknowledged.

This is not a practice of fixing or transcendence.
It is a practice of remembering.

A slow and quiet return
to what is already here.

Practice with us

Tune in here 🤍
