~ a translation of its intelligence into lived practice.

Seven Principles of Practice

bodyCare is not self-improvement.
It is not regulation as effort.

It is what happens when the system is allowed to cross the threshold from control into coherence.

our principles is not something we do.
It is something we stop interfering with.

Orientation Before Intention

“Your perceptions have been based on past history…
Now they are being purified.”

Practice:
We do not begin with goals, insight, or change.
We begin with orientation.

Orientation means:

  • letting the nervous system answer where it is

  • allowing the body to register ground, space, time

  • noticing without correcting

as bodyCare:

  • there is no demand to “set an intention”

  • nothing is decided before the system lands

Nervous system accuracy:
A system that is not oriented cannot regulate.

Permission to Not-Know

“The you that has to get things isn’t the you that can get things.”

Practice:
bodyCare actively releases the compulsion to understand.

Not-knowing is not confusion.
It is the suspension of cortical dominance.

We practice:

  • letting the mind go quiet without force

  • allowing ambiguity without problem-solving

  • resting in states that cannot be named

Nervous system accuracy:
Safety increases when the brain is not required to perform certainty.

Deepening Instead of Expanding

“Usually we ask you to expand.
Now we ask you to deepen.”

Practice:
Expansion activates effort.
Deepening activates parasympathetic settling.

as bodyCare:

  • sensations may feel dense, heavy, slow

  • this is not collapse

  • this is the system losing observer-distance

We do not chase lightness.
We allow depth.

Nervous system accuracy:
Depth feels unfamiliar because the system is no longer scanning.

Heart as Field, Not Emotion

“Your heart is no longer a subset of awareness.
It is the space of awareness.”

Practice:
The heart is treated as an orienting field, not a feeling state.

We do not ask:

  • “What do I feel?”

We sense:

  • is awareness spacious or contracted?

  • does the body soften over time?

  • does attention widen without effort?

This is interoceptive awareness, not emotional processing.

Nervous system accuracy:
our heart governs coherence when it is allowed to lead.

Release of Observer Position

“There may come a moment where you are simply clear space.”

Practice:
bodyCare allows the observer to dissolve temporarily.

This is not dissociation.
It is non-dual embodiment.

Markers:

  • reduced inner commentary

  • no reference point for “progress”

  • sense of being without watching

We do not stay here forever.
But we let the system taste it.

Nervous system accuracy:
Healing accelerates when the system is not being monitored.

Return Without Collapse

“Now feel the experience shifting back into your body.”

Practice:
The practice is not leaving form.
It is returning without contraction.

After depth:

  • we re-enter movement

  • speech

  • decision

…without losing coherence.

This is the reversed Jacob’s Ladder:

  • unity first

  • form second

Nervous system accuracy:
A regulated system can hold differentiation without threat.

Living as Cause, Not Effect

“You move from being effect of consciousness to cause.”

Practice:
bodyCare is lived, not scheduled.

This shows up as:

  • less reactivity

  • fewer justifications

  • quieter choices

Not because of discipline,
but because internal friction has reduced.

Cause here does not mean control.
It means non-reactive presence.

Nervous system accuracy:
When the system is regulated, it no longer needs to defend or prove.

bodyCare — in one sentence

bodyCare is the practice of allowing the nervous system to cross the threshold
from effort into coherence,
so that presence becomes sustainable.
