bodyCare Peace Transmission

EarthBody
This is not a visualization or metaphor.
It is a practiced conversation between body and earth —
experienced through weight, breath, and timing.
Peace here is not an idea.
It is the felt absence of separation.
Or put even more simply:
Peace is not something we think our way into.
It is something we practice by staying in contact with what is already here.
Arrival
(Settling into contact)
Earth:
You don’t need to arrive all at once.
Just let one place in you land.
Body:
I notice my weight first.
How it spreads as I stop holding.
Earth:
That spreading is listening.
Let it happen.

Body:
When I give you my weight,
my breath drops without instruction.
Earth:
Yes.
Arrival is not movement.
It is permission.
Body:
I feel less urgent here.
As if nothing is chasing me.
Earth:
Nothing ever was.
You were running inside yourself.
(pause)
Body:
So this is Arrival?

Earth:
This is the beginning of remembering
that you are already here.
Part II — Trust
(Un-Gripping self-support)
Body:
When I stay longer,
I notice how much I brace by habit.
Earth:
That bracing once kept you safe.
You can thank it — and rest now.
Body:
If I stop bracing…
will I disappear?
Earth:
No.
You will become more real.
Body:
My breath softens when you say that.
It no longer needs to perform.

Earth:
Because trust is not an idea.
It is a bodily experience.
Body:
Trust feels like being held
without needing to explain myself.
Earth:
Exactly.
Trust is gravity recognized.
(pause)
Body:
I feel something settling behind my heart.
Earth:
That is [y]our system learning
it does not have to do this alone.
Part III — Co-Movement
(Moving together without separation)
Body:
As I begin to rise,
I expect to lose you.
Earth:
You never do.
Even when you lift,
you lift with me.
Body:
My palms arrive before they push.
My tailbone lifts without effort.
Earth:
That is co-movement.
Timing instead of force.
Body:
It feels like listening while moving.
Earth:
That is peace in motion.
Body:
When I pause again,
nothing collapses.
Earth:
Because peace is not stillness alone.
It is continuity of contact.
(pause)
Body:
So peace isn’t something I reach?
Earth:
Peace is what happens
when separation stops being rehearsed.
Closing Ground
Earth:
Each time you practice like this,
I practice with you.
Body:
Then let this be how we move forward.
Together.
Again.
And again.
And Again.
