- sensations instead of explanation

You actually don't need new skills - you just need the willingness to notice what is already HERE.

RE-SPONGE: the practice of becoming like the living world again.
The Path begins
Imagine letting your system RE-WILD itself
What if your body-mind-spirit is not broken
but just... micromanaged?
RE-SPONGE is about backing off just enough for the organism to do what organisms do best: self-organize.
No instructions,
no motivational speech,
mostly just attention.
And of course - at times we need extra support of our friends, family, therapist or so on, but for the stable enough organism, - space and time is enough for now:

Pace Check
Regulated presence (also known as: not rushing)
Regulated presence is not intensity.
It's not powering through
or "holding space" while secretly clenching your jaw.
It's the feeling of walking at a pace
your nervous system agrees with.
Noot too fast.
Not dissapearing.
Not dragging your self forward by willpower.
Just the STEADY FEELING of being HERE
- enough contact to sense,
enough safety to stay.
Think of it as walking a path
where your nervous system sets the tempo:
slow enough to notice,
solid enough to continue.
The RE-SPONGE zone
Becoming absorbent again (yes, like a sponge)
Somewhere along the way, the armor loosens.
RE-SPONGE is the practice of becoming
porous and liquid again

At this point, many people notice something maybe a bit unexpected:

- constantly shaped by environments, sounds, other nervous systems, earth, weather, light, timing, history,
coffee..
Awareness of the ECOLOGICAL bOdy means
noticing
how regulation, meaning and vitality emerge between.
Not just inside you.
InSight you: Around you
- between you and the world.
Wiiiiild, hu?
suddenly it makes sense why context matters so much.
Clearings
Relating with embodied wisdom
Embodied wisdom doesn't announce itself like the constant alerts that pings out of your phone. It doesn't show up with bullet points or big revelations.
It sneaks in as:
- better timing
- broader perspective
- embodied knowing
- clearer "nope" signals
- knowing when to pause
- realizing you're tired before you're exhausted.
This kind of knowing grows in connection - with yourself, with others, with the situation at hand.
It's practical.
Quiet.
Extremely useful.
