Most of us are "managing" our breath, our face, and our feelings like a middle-manager on a deadline.
RE-SPONGE is about backing off just enough for the organism to do what organisms do best: self-organize.
No instructions,
no motivational speech,
mostly just attention.
And of course - at times we need extra support of our friends, family, therapist or so on, but for the stable enough organism, - space and time is enough for now:
